Yoga is a passion of mine! I love it for the great physical workout, as well as mental. There are so many different kinds of yoga (i.e. Vinyasa, Bikram, Ashtanga, Anusara, Restorative etc.) and I love  all of them for different reasons. I may teach yoga, but I will also be a student of yoga for the rest of my life.

Currently, I am taking a break from teaching, but hope to be teaching again this Fall. Check back for my class schedule.
